CHRISTOU designed a multi-storey hotel for Mirvac. Due to it's regional location the 200 room hotel would be built using modular construction. CHRISTOU collaborated with consultants to investigate solar access and control, natural ventilation, and water conservation and dust control. The project was designed to achieve a 5 Star rating with a 50 year life-span. Master planning options were provided to assist in the pre-feasibility study. CHRISTOU involved Local Authorities at the Concept Design Phase to identify expectations and facilitate a faster Development Approvals process.
