Tenant Improvement of an existing office building to house the Network Operation Center (NOC) and IT Staff for Cox Communications. Project will include new private offices and open office space for 280+ employees, conference rooms, training rooms, and ancillary support spaces, as well as uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and backup electrical generator system.
