The practice formerly operated under the flagship of QS Permas, a sole proprietorship with more than 20 years' experience providing quantity surveying and cost management services in the private and public sectors, locally and internationally.  We offer comprehensive quantity surveying and cost management services and have wide experience in all types of buildings and infrastructure projects. We are BIM innovated, using the latest BIM tools in our every day practice for cost estimating, quantity take off, BQ production, thereby advancing our efficiency and competitiveness. Partners DIRECTOR Sr Lim Eng Hong Graduated from Thames Polytechnic, London in 1975; Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS); and Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM). More than 48 years’ experience in the Quantity Surveying field and have actively participated in all sorts and manner of building and infrastructure projects in the public and private sector, locally and internationally. He is currently attached to QSP Consultants Sdn Bhd and primarily responsible for business development and expansion; practice and procedures; and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programmes. DIRECTOR Sr Phuah Hui Ni, Carene Carene being both the Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Member of the Royal Instition of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM) is a widely experienced Quantity Surveyor with more than 20 years experience in the Malaysia, United Kingdom and China covering both the private and public sector. She is a Director of QSP Consultants Sdn Bhd with full responsibility for cost management services. Throughout her career, Carene has been involved in wide variety of sectors, including mixed-use residential projects, school and university campus, high rise office buildings, condominiums, hotels, shopping mall, research and development centre, exhibition and convention centres, factories and warehouses and major civil infrastructures. These projects have been procured on a wide range of tendering arrangements and contract types including traditional, management contracting and design and build. She has good experience of cost consultancy, cost control, value engineering, benchmarking, life cycle costing, procurement, tender documentation, contract advise and final accounts. She maintains close contact with project teams with full responsibility for service delivery to highest standard.
