TT QS CONSULT  is a  technology-based   professional practice  registered with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and regulated by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK (RICS), specializing in BIM 3D Cost-Modelling (GLODON), Construction Contractual Advice, Construction Disputes and Claims, Arbitration as well as acting as Expert Witness in court proceedings and provision of Expert Witness Statement. The Practice actively involves in various projects since its establishment, from housing schemes, mixed developments, offices complex, schools, resorts, and etc. The Practice’s current major Clients includes Semi-Government and Private Developers such as  LADA, SCIENTEX, MAYLAND, HONG BEE, LBS BINA  etc. The Practice consist of a team led by  Sr. T.G. Tan (Allan)  who has vast  local and overseas  experience in  small-medium size to mega-scale Residential townships, Commercial townships, Airports, Hospitals, Universities, Hotels, and other overseas projects .
