Yau Lee Construction Company Limited  was established in 1958, focusing on construction, fitting-outs, maintenance, renovation, design and build of building projects. Based on its solid experience, multi-talented professionals, effective management system, advanced information system and highly efficient building technology, the Company has become one of Hong Kong's leading and most innovative construction companies. The Company had been the main contractor for a large number of contracts for various private developers and government institutions. These projects involved construction or design and construction of new buildings or refurbishment of existing buildings and included the execution of finishing and fitting out works. Some of the works completed in recent years are of prestigious nature and specified high standard of finishing works. Besides the solid business foundation in Hong Kong, the Company is also progressive in strategic business developments in Macau, Singapore and The United Arab Emirates ( UAE ). Yau Lee Construction (Macau) Company Limited  , which was established in 2004 to grasp the business opportunities in Macau, specializes in the construction projects of large-scale resort, hotel and high-class residential building. Since the end of 2007, Yau Lee Construction (Macau) has successfully obtained several decoration contracts from The Venetian Oriented Limited and Melco PBL (COD) Developments Limited. Supported by the GRG and the theme painting of its partners, Yau Lee Formglas and Leena Theme Painting Limited, Yau Lee Construction (Macau) has outstanding performance in the contracts. It is expected that the company will develop rapidly in Macau with this well-established partnership in the group. In 2007, Yau Lee Holdings Limited has established another wholly owned subsidiary,  Yau Lee Construction (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.  , to explore the market in Singapore. Similar to Yau Lee Construction (Macau), Yau Lee Construction (Singapore) has also successfully reaped a substantial contract in the country, namely the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort. This is a good beginning for Yau Lee Construction (Singapore) to develop in other Asia-Pacific country. It is believed that the Company can develop in Singapore rapidly after participating in different large-scale projects.
