Circular Quay Tower - Best in Class EOT Bike Room

Located in the in the new Circular Quay tower, Cora’s design team was able to work within a variety of challenging spaces to meet the client’s requirements and showcase innovative bike parking solutions - including Australia's only fully dynamic upper and lower tier bike parking system (E3DT-GP).
The tower aims to achieve NABERS 5 Star energy performance, a Green Star rating of 6, and is the first ever building in Sydney to achieve WELL Core and Shell pre-certification rating. The tower design builds on the low carbon transport approach with the inclusion of extensive bicycle storage facilities including Sydney’s first ever public bike hub.
Bike parking solutions included using fully dynamic upper and lower tier bike racks, post mount vertical bike racks, e-bike charging stations, bike maintenance stands and electric bike tire pumps.
