When the Astina Group embarked on their flagship project, Astina Space, a collection of dual-height micro-industrial warehouses designed around people, they envisioned a modern, sustainable, and architecturally iconic design. Central to this vision was a façade that would not only stand out visually but also meet the highest standards of safety and durability.

Upon entering PARKSIDE@NINA, guests are immediately enveloped by an atmosphere that feels both adventurous and serene. The restaurant’s striking vaulted ceiling draws the eye upward, reminiscent of an enchanting cave. This design, inspired by the natural beauty of stalactite formations, sets the stage for a unique dining experience that seamlessly blends nature with culinary artistry.

At Marsden Brewhouse, Capral Aluminium's products elevate both form and function, seamlessly integrating with the project's modern aesthetic. Specifically, Capral's AGS 900 Series sliding doors and AGS 400 Narrowline framing systems were chosen for their durability, energy efficiency, and sleek profiles. These systems contribute to the brewhouse’s open, light-filled ambiance, emphasising both accessibility and sustainability—key considerations for architects designing vibrant social spaces. Capral’s high-performance, locally-sourced aluminium enhances the environmental credentials of the brewhouse, aligning with architectural trends toward sustainable, efficient design.

In recent years, with the popularity of the TV drama Blossoms Shanghai, Haipai culture has re-entered the public eye. It’s a tapestry of everyday street life, the understated opulence of East-West fusion, and that unique Haipai charm that reveals itself slowly over time.

"Shan Ding You Feng" is a brand under "Mu Shi Photography," specializing in travel photography. With a brand philosophy of "poetic, romantic, and artistic," it creates timeless collections of love, prolonging emotions and memories, and capturing love stories through photography.

485 MetaGalaxy is a designer cluster label dedicated to pushing the boundaries of design and leading future design trends. It unites design elites from various fields including architecture, interior design, art, and technology. The concept originated from Yuhe Lightyear's office at 485 Fenglin Road, with the new office space aiming to foster an open and inclusive environment for communication and innovation, facilitate dialogue among designers, and promote the development of a cross-professional design ecosystem.

The MAGIC PLACE Office-Life Experience Hall is located in Building 10 of Xinyefang, Jing'an District, Shanghai, a historical building with a 70-year legacy. This new corporate headquarters and brand showroom has been crafted by MAGIC PLACE in collaboration with designer Cui Shu. Serving as a key platform for MAGIC PLACE, it offers a multifaceted space that merges cultural experiences, aesthetic enjoyment, artistic appreciation, and product co-creation. With years of practical experience and deep insights in office environment design, Cui Shu has designed a multifunctional, composite social space that harmoniously blends work with an artistic lifestyle, offering a fresh experience to the public.
