CITIC Pacific is a wholly owned subsidiary of CITIC Limited (SEHK: 267). A diversified portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties has been developed in Hong Kong. With some 30 years’ experience in Hong Kong and a successful track record, CITIC Pacific has been actively participating in every aspect of real estate business from project development, marketing to property management. CITIC Pacific has been actively participating in property development in Hong Kong since 1990s. Developments include CITIC Tower, Berkshire House (formerly known as DCH Commercial Centre), 111 Lee Nam Road, CITIC Telecom Tower (formerly known as Broadway Centre), Hang King Garden, The Paragon and Bay Villas. Recent residential developments such as KADOORIA and The Entrance have been well received by the market and obtained various awards and recognitions in architectural, design and marketing. Besides, CITIC Pacific has collaborated with developers such as CK Asset Holdings Limited and Swire Properties and to develop residential and commercial properties, namely Tierra Verde, The Victoria Towers and Festival Walk. Since 1994, CITIC Pacific has been in a joint venture with HKR International to develop Discovery Bay. Currently the project has a land bank of approximately 1.3 million square feet for residential use yet to be developed.
