CHMI Land, Inc. or CLI is on its fourth decade in creating excellent communities and producing high-quality homes for the Filipino. These were Kassel Homes, Kassel City and Kassel Cristina Homes. These projects went on to become thriving communities in Tacloban serving around 3000 households. The mass housing projects in Laguna and Batangas followed suit. The town house and condominium project in Novaliches (Kassel Residences Nova) came next, this time, targeting a slightly higher market segment. Then in 2009 came the condominium complex in Bicutan, Paranaque called Kassel Residences Paranaque. CLI also ventured into the high-end market with the development of Acacia Hotel Manila. It was finished in 2012 and the company gained experience in hotel construction and management. Acacia Hotel is the top hotel in the Alabang CBD. Although most of its projects are geared towards the affordable market segment, CLI ensures that the communities it creates will provide all the requirements for a safe, comfortable and convenient life for the families it serves. Features in its projects include recreational amenities, landscaped parks and playgrounds, 24-hour security and community services. Development always includes professional management of subdivisions to ensure proper garbage disposal and maintenance of common areas. It ensures that homeowners associations are strong and supportive of the community. This is the reason why even its old projects still look well-maintained and organized. The company’s housing projects are backed up a by strong management, technical and marketing structures and systems which have gained valuable experience and expertise in the real estate industry. It continues to adhere to its mission of creating communities toward nation-building.
