Hon Kwok Land Investment Company, Limited (“Hon Kwok”) was established in 1965 and listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1972. It is a reputable property developer in Hong Kong engaged mainly in property development, property investment and property related activities and has completed numerous projects in Hong Kong. In 1997, Hon Kwok’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Hon Kwok Land Investment (China) Limited, began to explore the property market in Mainland China and completed the first residential development project in Shenzhen known as “Millennium Oasis” in 2002. Through years of development, Hon Kwok's vast range of commercial and residential property projects span across Hong Kong and China in Chongqing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The asset value of Hon Kwok has been growing continuously and is now a well-known property developer in both Hong Kong and China.
