Key Milestones - 1981 - 1999 Hua Siah Construction Pte Ltd was founded in 1981. In 1992, the company was awarded their first Design and Build project. - 2000 - 2009 In 2000, the company was awarded the  ISO 9001 ,  ISO 14001  and  OHSAS 18001  certifications. In 2009, the company obtained the  bizSAFE Star  certification, and the  Class 1 General Builder  license  from BCA. - 2010 - 2019 In 2010, the company obtained the  bizSAFE Partner  certification. In 2015, the company was awarded the BCA  Green and Gracious Builders (GGBS) Merit Awards . In 2017, the company received the  SBF Singapore Productivity Awards (SPA) , the  BCA Green and Gracious Builders (GGBS) Excellent Awards, and obtained the  ISO 9001:2015  (QMS for Design & Build and General Building), and  ISO 14001:2015  (EMS) certifications. In 2018, the company implemented the  CultureSAFE Programme . In 2019, the company was awarded the  WHS Performance Awards,  and the  BCA Green Mark Platinum (Positive Energy)  Award - 2020 - Present In 2020 and 2021, the company was awarded the  bizSAFE Enterprise Exemplary Award , and  bizSAFE Champion Award .
