About NH Architecture

NH Architecture is a leading Australian design studio founded on the principles of collaboration and open debate. We are committed to creating outstanding contemporary architecture. We seek a new expression for architecture as a public construction capable of engaging with the complexities of the contemporary city. For us, design is no longer the domain of the egocentric architect with a single vision. Instead, the architect acts as both creator and mediator, providing the platform for clients, engineers, planners and the broader community to engage fully with the process of design. NH Architecture has been based in its studio in Flinders Lane for 15 years. The studio was established in 2004 and is led by directors Hamish Lyon, Nick Bourns and Astrid Jenkin and supported by a team of design leaders. We have expertise in the disciplines of architecture, urban design, master planning, interior design and graphic design.
