Ocean Sky International Limited (“Ocean Sky” or the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is a Catalist-listed construction and property company. The Group is engaged in the civil engineering, construction and related services business (“Construction and Engineering Business”), and the business of property development, investment and management (“Property Business”). The Group is involved in the Construction and Engineering Business through its 100%-owned civil engineering and construction subsidiary, Ang Tong Seng Brothers Enterprises Pte Ltd (“ATS”). ATS provides all forms of civil engineering services including earthwork, roadwork, drainage work, basement work and structural works involving demolition and underground infrastructure as well as other general building works. In the Property Business, the Group is involved in development projects in both Singapore and Cambodia through its subsidiaries and joint venture partners: - Atlantic Sky Investment Pte Ltd Redevelopment of a 999-year leasehold property into a luxury detached home at 6 Nim Drive, Singapore. - TSky Development Pte Ltd (Joint Venture with Tiong Seng Holdings)      - Sloane Residences        Redevelopment of freehold property into high-end condominium in Singapore’s prime District 10.      - Cairnhill 16        Redevelopment of freehold property into a high-end condominium in Singapore’s prime District 9. - Pacific Sky Investment Pte Ltd Development of Eco Garden Mall, a freehold shophouse development project with joint venture partners CIAC Investment Ltd and Centra Properties in Kandal Province, Cambodia. In addition, the Group’s investment properties in Melbourne, Australia provides a source of recurring rental income: - 541 Blackburn Road Four-storey freehold office building in the Monash Technology Precinct in Melbourne, Australia. The Group continues to explore both short and medium-term investment opportunities in Singapore and the region.
