Pre-Treatment - Cleaning

All surfaces should be assessed and treated as per ISO 8504:2000 | Oil or grease should be removed in accordance with SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning | Surface salts concentration (e.g. chloride deposits) shall be less than 10 µg/cm2 prior to painting

Pre-Treatment - Fabrication

All surfaces shall be finished as per ISO 8501-3 Table 1 | Grade P2 with all edges rounded to minimum 2mm radius
