These two symmetrical townhouses share a rendered concrete block inter-tenancy spine wall running through the centre of the long narrow site.  Their two Garage structures extend from boundary to boundary and are clad in black stained cedar, broken only by two deeply recessed entry doors.  Sun is pulled over this low-slung form to the two-storied dwelling and external courtyard beyond.
