A 3 storey shophouse renovation project, where we moved the access stairs from inside the building to the outside of the building. So that visitors do not need to pass through another room to get to the intended room. Therefore that previously 1 shophouse could only be rented by 1 tenant, now it can be rented out to 3 different tenants.
The salon design uses a minimalist style and the furnitures design are full of details made using recycled teak wood.
