The Artique apartments have been designed on two existing blocks in Campbell. There were many constraints on the block, including existing trees, existing driveways, neighbours concerns and the slope of the block.
The design of 12 apartments is divided by the driveway; 4 on one side and 8 on the other. The buildings were designed with basement car parking and two storeys above.
