Kerry Properties’ Overseas Property Division holds a portfolio of properties in the Philippines. Such investments are held through Shang Properties, Inc. (“SPI”). SPI holds an indirect interest in The Enterprise Center, an office and commercial property in Makati, Manila’s financial district.
