A Y Consultants started out in January 1990 in a small office in Telok Ayer. The company started out doing Periodic Structural Inspections and PE endorsements, and over the years, has steadily accumulated a wealth of experience undertaking bigger jobs and providing our consultancy services of the highest standards. Today, A Y Consultants performs the role as Lead Consultants (providing architectural consultancy, structural consultancy and project management) for Large Scale Projects. Using the latest design software, our team of skilled, multi-cultural, talented and professional individuals stays ahead of the pack, providing holistic and robust designs to our esteemed business partners. We have spent many years in redefining the Singapore skyline, and we will continue to do so for many more years to come. Grounded by our principles and truly blessed by the many opportunities given to us, we are thankful for God's providence in the many years that He has brought us through.
