About Arch Juanito Y. Sy & Associates

Arch. Juanito Y. Sy is a registered and licensed architect in the Philippines and an accredited Constructor Performance Evaluator by the Philippine Constructor Development Board. He holds a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of the Philippines with distinct graduate honor. As a professional practitioner both locally and abroad, he had been involved in various aspects of architectural planning and construction of residences, commercial spaces, institutions, and military facilities, as well as development projects of the national government. At the same time, aside from designing, he is also a consistent Outstanding Faculty of the College of Engineering and Architecture at the De La Salle University-Dasmariñas. A member of the Speakers’ Bureau of the said institution, he has written several research papers on architecture and urban planning, which he has presented in various local and international forums. Architect Sy is a member of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP), Association of Accredited Constructors Performance Evaluators of the Philippines (AACEP), and Eastern Regional Organization of Planning and Human Settlements (EAROPH).  He is also a member of the Society of American Military Engineers-FilAm Post. Arch. Sy is also a retired army officer who has served the Armed Forces’ Corps of Engineers and has been awarded Best Company Commander and Best Battalion Commander honors.
