CVIEW is located on the 16th floor of M+ in Hong Kong, boasting a prime location that offers a stunning view of the beautiful Victoria Harbour in West Kowloon. The restaurant presents a range of dishes with flavors from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, showcasing the essence of Chinese cuisine. A rainbow of bubbles float up and down. The colours and shadows meet and move like rippling clouds, sprinkling every corner with the brilliant colours of the sky.

In 2023, the phenomenal trend mall "COSMO Chengdu" (hereinafter referred to as COSMO) was born. A curated commercial IP that integrates retail, flash mob, event, performance, social and exhibition is the biggest dark horse of commercial real estate this year. On Xiaohongshu, China's most popular social media platform, COSMO has become a hit, with more than 70,000 notes, and "COSMO" has become one of the most popular travel words in Chengdu, along with "teahouse" and "Sanxingdui". COSMO" has become a hot word for travel in Chengdu, along with "teahouse" and "Sanxingdui".

Kim Hock Corporation, a leading player in the metal recycling industry, is currently exploring the potential utilization of Singapore’s inaugural electric machines manufactured by Volvo Construction Equipment. This consideration stems from the company’s commitment to attaining a net-zero carbon footprint and enhancing the overall sustainability of its operations. At present, two L25 Electric compact wheel loaders from Volvo are being assessed at Kim Hock Corporation’s Jurong facility, marking the introduction of cleaner and quieter construction machinery in the dynamic city-state.

For the practice’s first major project in South East Asia, Kokaistudios undertook an interior and exterior redesign and renovation of The Starhill shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur, right in the heart of KL’s famous shopping belt Bukit Bintang. By injecting welcomed daylight into the interior space and further diversifying its functional mix, the iconic mall has been rejuvenated and opened-up for a new chapter.

It's a 3600sq.ft penthouse apartment, 1800sq.ft interior space and 1800sq.ft roof garden space, located in Clear Water Bay, Hong Kong. The environment is embraced by the lush forest and the long distance sea view. The design concept is to carry out the features from the environment to the living, which aims to allow the nature to occupy and bring luxury pleasure for the soul. It also combines with the Chinese traditional elements to create a vitality and traditional living experience.
