PAZHOU RIVERSIDE

Located at the forefront of the southern residential area in Pazhou, Guangdong province, Pazhou Riverside with various amenities is imagined to offer residents a riverine urban living experience in the new Era. It’s adjacent to the Huangpu River, a tributary of the Pearl River.

Themed around “bright ripples”, the views and buildings are subtly unfolded across the project, presenting areas such as riverine green zones, elevated walkways at entrances, pavilions, an infinity swimming pool, a gym, and catering zones.

One side of the stepped building extends out toward the main entrance in the northwest of the project and the central axis between Zhujiang New Town and the Canton Tower.

The façade is covered with dark grey aluminum panels and crystal grey glass, evoking an elegant atmosphere. The bronze-colored grilles are carefully arranged on residential sides and waterfront landscape sides of the façade, responding to different functions and contributing to a complete yet richly layered façade.
