Rebranded as Archify, Bluprin Platform Expands to Asia Pacific with BCI Asia
Commenced in 2016, Bluprin continues its vision to take part in improving architecture and interior design in Indonesia within the digital scope. Bluprin began as a platform that connects architects and fellow designers with the public for various needs of design works and renovation. Currently, Bluprin has more than 3,000 professionals with at least 8,500 uploaded projects. In the development, Bluprin also enables construction material suppliers to promote their products and now the platform offers more than 15,000 products from various categories to be explored.
BCI Media Group, the leading construction information provider in the Asia-Pacific, acquired Bluprin in early 2019 to enable both organisations to develop further their relationship with the extended Asia-Pacific design community by expanding this platform on a bigger and more comprehensive scale. Thus, in the process, the rebranding marks an important step to move forward. The rebranding of the platform to Archify was held on November 22, 2019, on EQUINOX 2019 by BCI Asia.
Archify platform will be developed in numbers of countries in the Asia Pacific, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, and more countries with a vision to connect three main stakeholders in design and construction—design professional, construction material supplier, and the public,
Archify also continues to develop four features that could aid the work process of design professionals such as My Library, Design Folder, Moodboard, and Specsheet. A simple sign up will allow professionals and the public to utilize these features on Archify. My Library, for instance, is a feature that allows users to save certain products based on product categories so that they are easily accessible at all times, while Design Folder gives the flexibility to the platform users to save products, project references and inspiration, in one archive. This feature is in line with the other two features: Moodboard and Specsheet where users could make design inspiration collage and generates a detailed specification documentation saved in the Design Folder.
Archify and its features are supported with the presence of ArchifyNow as a publication media that brings quality updates on architecture and interior design. Not only in Indonesia, but ArchifyNow will be present in multiple countries with its cross-regional contents especially for design projects, designers’ profiles, as well as other updates that cover Asia Pacific countries. With this cross-regional sections, curated projects will, of course, gain wider exposure on countries where Archify is present.
As a part of the rebranding, Archify will continue to be developed, whether in terms of its features or user experience to be the mainstay for stakeholders in design and construction. Together with BCI Asia, the presence of Archify hopefully could contribute to a better design and construction scene in Indonesia and Asia Pacific.
