About Arkistruktural Inc
Keeping it in the family. The business started off as a construction company managed by Dominador C. Almanzor. Being an engineer, he decided to build his own home for his family in BF Paranaque, in 1980. Mid-construction, a man offered to purchase it for a price he could not refuse. With the profit from that house, he built a new house and again, was offered a good price to purchase. Dominador felt this was a lucrative business and decided to not only build a home for himself but also invest in building and selling homes. By 1985, Dominador decided to move to the USA. He spent his time again, building and selling homes while also dabbling in real estate. With the amount of experience that he had, he decided to move back to the Philippines to start a new company, Quinteza, Inc. Quinteza, which comes from the word, "Quint" (meaning "5"), symbolizes the 5 people that make up his family. Mediterranean homes had been very popular around this time. Therefore, this was the style that he focused on. With his exposure to european design during his travels, he was able to build one home that caught the eye of a major developer. This developer then hired him to build their model homes in the south. Many projects later, he was able to put all of his children through school. His daughter Melanie, finished Architecture in Manila at the University of Sto. Tomas. She joined her father and added value to Quinteza, Inc. by including design to the list of services offered. Arkistruktural Inc., was born in 2011 with Arch. Melanie now handling most of the construction. By this time, Dominador's youngest daughter, Michelle joins the company as a primary design consultant. Arkistruktural Inc., is now a full fledged construction and design firm. The rest is all pretty much history.
