ARKITEK OA was formed in Penang, Malaysia in January 1991, as a partnership between Ar. Oh How Tat and Ar. Ooi Chean Hong. The 18-year partnership has since grown to be regarded as one of the leading architectural practices in Penang and the northern region. Since the dissolution of the partnership in March 2009 following the demise of the founding partner Ar. Oh How Tat, ARKITEK OA continues under the management of Ar. Ooi Chean Hong.
