About AT1 Design Lab

AT1 Design Lab is a small start-up business which mainly caters Detailed Architectural Design Services, (DADS), Detailed Architectural & Engineering Design Services (DAEDS), Project Management and Small-scale Construction Services. The studio is founded and managed by Arch. Marla Mendoza, its Chief Executive Officer. She coordinates and highlights the importance of allied professionals in the process of delivering good designs. She personally works hand in hand with clients from determining their goals & visions to schematic development, design development, site supervision, construction stage and project turn-over. She graduated Bachelor of Arts in Architecture at National University – Manila, year 2015 and passed the Architecture Licensure Board Examination last 2017. She is currently taking up her post-graduate degree in Master of Science in Construction Management at Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Manila. She has been working in the industry for over five (5) years with various residential houses, commercial and institutional buildings, renovations and interior fit-outs.
