eLandscript Won Huya Sanlong Bay Headquarter Landscape Competition

Recently, the consortium formed by eLandscript Hong Kong Translation Land and Guangzhou Kemei was invited to participate in the landscape design competition for the Huya Global R&D Headquarters project entrusted by Huya Live (the owner) and organized by Gemdale Management (contractor) and finally won. The project covers an area of ​​about 3 hectares, including two landmark towers, an apartment tower, commercial and office blocks, riverside green space and sports park.

The Huya Global R&D Headquarters project is located in the core area of ​​Wenhan Lake International Science and Technology Innovation Town in Sanlong Bay, Foshan, 3 kilometers away from Guangzhou South Railway Station. It is planned and gradually built into an international science and technology innovation center in the Greater Bay Area. Huya headquarters will serve as a portal enterprise in the regional digital economy industrial cluster, injecting new vitality into the region.

Huya's unique new media culture emphasizes collaboration and innovation. Based on these core values, the landscape design takes "parallel worlds, multiculturalism, and multidimensional splendor" as clues, integrates the good landscape base of the site, and creates an innovative and creative working environment for future users in vertical + horizontal dimensions, making the project a Foshan A benchmark of super high-rise office buildings, an innovative headquarters center that promotes the integration of industry and city and serves multiple headquarters, and a pioneer in exploring future lifestyles.

The construction of Huya's global R&D headquarters will drive upstream and downstream enterprises to gather in Foshan. Yidi will cooperate with the construction agency, architects and various professional design consultant teams to present a city landmark destination for the interconnection of science, technology and industry in the Greater Bay Area.
