Grandwork’s specialties include interior fit-out works, restoration and custom-made furniture for both minor and large-scale projects. Having ventured into the global market, Grandwork has now established a strong presence in Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Australia. Manufacturing activities are primarily carried out at its 140,000 sq. ft. facility headquartered in Singapore and a 15,000 sq. ft. facility in Thailand. Other healthcare segment forays included fit-out contracts for both the National Health Centre and Singhealth. Following these projects, Grandwork was appointed the main contractor for renovation works at the children’s wards in KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital. Graded by Japan Plywood Inspection Corporation (JPIC), F**** materials are formaldehyde-free that disperse none or a negligible level of formaldehyde-based by-products into the environment. Formaldehyde is toxic, allergenic and has been classified as a known carcinogen by the State of California and the World Health Organisation (WHO). In-line with Japan’s strict product standards. Grandwork is among a handful of companies in Southeast Asia authorized to export its products and services to Japan.
