About Holmes Architects

Holmes Architects Albany are a versatile organisation headed up by father and daughter architects Geoff Holmes and Roslyn Holmes. We offer a personalised service including design, 3D modelling, drawings and specifications through to contract administration to ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality. We also specialise in inspection reports. We take on a wide range of projects from minor residential works, interior fit-outs to large commercial projects and civic buildings. We apply sustainability principles to each project and have a unique understanding of our local site conditions.  This assists us to design buildings that are suitable for our climate and environment.  We believe in supporting our local community and other local businesses.
