Jaaz Architects Sdn Bhd consists of professionals experienced in a wide range of architecture, interior design and master planning works. Design excellence is achieved by identifyingthe clients requirement, optimisng them through regular discussions, and producing practical, sustainable and good design in keeping with the brief. Jaaz Architects Sdn Bhd started life as Arkitek Azhar Z. Abidin, a sole proprietorship practice, back in 1994, and since then has grown from  strength to strength, whilst keeping the practice reasonably small in size, and workng on interesting and challenging projects. Vision Jaaz Architects vision is to create outstanding architecture that addresses the needs of the clients and the end user, and incorporate innovation, creativity and practicality. The architecture should also be responsive to the natural environment and include sustainable features in the overall design. Good design is a renaissance attitude that combines technology, cognitive science, human need and beauty to produce something the world didn't know it was missing Paola Antonelli Services Architecture This involves the provision of Architectural Basic Services, Supplementary Services and Additional Services Basic Services This consists of Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Documentation, Contract Implementation and Management and Final Completion of the Project. This will cover all aspects of the Building Process from Inception to Completion including compliance with the requirements of the Local Authority and Statutory Bodies. Supplementary Services These are services which are not covered by the Basic Services, such as ascertaining the client’s objective, inspecting and advising on the suitability of sites, taking part in negotiations, preparing project brief and project plan and other related services. Additional Services This can be provided under a separate appointment and includes advisory services, survey and investigation, planning and development, financial advice, exceptional and protracted negotiations and project management consultancy. Interior Design This involves the provision of Interior Design services including preparation of sketch layouts, working and construction drawings, details and tender documents, managing the contract, supervising the works during stages of implementation, issuing certificates of payment and accepting on behalf of the client such works upon its completion Master Planning This involves the provision of a comprehensive master plan, producing a long-range vision for the built environment. It guides the appropriate use of lands within a municipality in order to protect the public health and safety and to promote general welfare. Among others, the Master Plan serves to identify - suitable locations for commercial, housing and mixed-use development; - locations where the city should increase density, use redevelopment, or intervene in other ways; - opportunities to extend and/or improve open space, recreational areas, and civic facilities; - strategies from increasing economic development; - environmental, historic and cultural resources that need conservation; and - strategies for solving congestion and improving transit services.
