KSKA is a professional architectural consulting practice comprising of architects and designers structured to provide comprehensive services in architecture, master planning and interior design extending from single unit residential proposals to large high-rise schemes, commercial to industrial, institutional and specialist projects. KSKA was incorporated in 2006 with bumiputra majority shareholding as an expansion from the previously known LSB Arkitek which has been operating actively since 2001. Founded by Hor, Mike, Bok & Jason with a deep passion for continuous exploration and the refinement of design, with the believe that the end result mustreflect what it was intended and designed to be, with the client’s needs at sight. With this in mind, it ensures implementation excellence and a good deal of value adds. We have always focused our efforts on the concept and design of high standard products. KSKA represents an emerging label in the local and regional architectural scene with a sound and strong team of 36 staff members, all technologically inclined with a wide range of experiences amongst the key team leaders in the firm. KSKA has continued to serve our existing clients well and have further secured a number of leading corporate clients and embarking into a number of high end projects.In master planning, this has lead to KSKA’s spearheading numerous master planning schemes and layouts for various local and international projects. It is also KSKA’s endeavour in true architectural spirit, to continue immersing themselves in competitions, local and abroad, gaining latest knowledge and exposure in creative design, innovation and implementation. Thus far this has been very fruitful and extremely encouraging. Having close rapport with most local authorities, sound knowledge and close coordination with all the approving departments, we pride ourselves with timely implementation of the necessary amenities and infrastructure works for the projects.
