About PdD Building Design

​PdD Building Design are building designers specialising in creating liveable, low-energy homes. We are based in the Eurobodalla Shire on the South Coast. We often work with clients from Sydney and Canberra who are looking for a South Coast sea change. Paul Dolphin Designs commenced designing in 2015 and in January 2021 Paul Dolphin Designs expanded to become PdD Building Design.   We Believe Architecture Can Be Environmentally Friendly. ​ It is the duty of every architect and building designer to produce solar passive low energy homes. Our particular interest is sustainable housing design for tight budgets. Do you want a house that is naturally cool in summer and naturally warm in winter? We design solar passive house plans that suit tight budgets. We have won awards for our eco designs as well as being featured in the national press! Our team comprises of designers all with post graduate qualifications and many years of experience. We are Accredited Building Designers with degrees in Architecture, Building Surveying, Town Planning, Landscape Architecture, Graphic Design and Sustainability. We are accredited building designer and proud members of the BDAA. We recently won a residential design award from the BDAA.
