It was founded on February 12, 1970 by its late President Cipriano Sy, and has since operated under three divisions: Paint, Wire and Resin. The company owns and operates two manufacturing plants and a Wire laboratory, and is certified under two (2) International Standards: ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
