SBA Architects was engaged by Goodman Property Group and novated to Qanstruct (Aust) for the design, design development and construction documentation of the Coles Chilled Distribution Centre at the M7 Business Hub, Minchinbury NSW.
This project involved a 12,500sqm expansion to the existing distribution facility including new temperature controlled Produce Chambers, double pallet height Banana Staging/Processing Chambers, Produce Receiving Offices and Amenities, Buyers and Quality Control Offices, additional recessed docks and hardstand areas.
