One Serendra is the upscale component of the overall Serendra residential and mixed-use masterplan, a novel idea for a development inspired by sprawling, green European communities.

The architecture of the dwellings further combines strokes of ideas from the traditional Filipino “bahay na bato,” creating its multi-level structures and familiar yet modern façade.
