SIERRA NUVO RISES

The Sierra Nuvo Apartment project is rapidly rising, with Tomkins at the helm on site. The building is now well and truly out of the ground on the street-facing sides, with the building works now roughly level with the deeper retention up the hill at the rear of the site.

We are particularly excited to see some of the key architectural facade features rising; the first set of precast panels in the feature portal frames around balconies facing the two street frontages are now in place.

Work on the unit fitouts is expected to commence in the coming weeks with the project on target for practical completion later this year.

Sierra Nuvo is a high-end multi-residential project on the hillside in Highgate Hill with panoramic views from the CBD to Mt Coot-tha.
