Kebayoran Villas

Concept: Based on the owner’s passion through pop art and his statement of having semi-industrial home. We worked the concept roughly through his vision and mix it with ours. We put a modern concept to balance it but still with the same value of materials and patterns.

Design: 

This house is a visionary design house. A tropical modern look house outside with a semi-industrial interior inside. Casual scandinavian vintage look on the foyer walking through inside the dining and living room where the industrial style is more exposed. Exposed concrete, natural wooden floor, exposed ceiling and retro style furniture selection inside. This combination makes the space looks like a man cave yet still has the warmth of a house. Clean cut lines with exposed materials. Earthy colour tones and natural wood. Artificial concrete and exposed real concrete. Pop Art paintings and furnitures. These are the design statement in this house.
