Faced with the challenges of a narrow, sloping, south-facing site, but presented with the opportunities of magnificent city views, the design provides a family home focused on maximising natural light and achieving high-energy performance. With a low impact on the existing streetscape, a minimal, low lying form is complemented by the use of Australian hardwoods, glass and concrete.
