3P Ecotecture Pte Ltd  was formerly known as  Group Practice Architects , which was formed in 1986. Founded by Mr. Lau Moh Lim, who also co-founded  3P Architects  in 1988. 3P Ecotecture Pte Ltd, a multi-disciplinary practice, is formed to reflect our strong commitment as Professional Architects to create a built environment which is eco-friendly and sustainable. Evolved from the original firm 3P Architects which has been designing Avant Garde architecture for the past 2 decades, 3P Ecotecture Pte Ltd reflects our new design philosophy, which is based on our strong fundamental belief in sustainable architecture and our new-found sense of responsibility towards the environment. Novel use of existing and new building materials and technology, together with a conscious effort to balance cost in construction and maintenance while designing green building, will become part and parcel of our future architecture. SCOPE OF WORK Architectural Design We believe in translating client's objectives into distinctive solution, unique to each project. Innovative design, however, is not the only goal. We recognise the fact that innovation is coupled with intensive research that bear upon improving not only investment potential, but also the overall quality and general public acceptance of the project Space Planning and Interior Design We provide a comprehensive scope of services on space analysis and design, striving to achieve maximum economic utilisation of interior spaces, at the same time employing the arts of visual impact and colour to produce the most pleasant human environment possible . Construction Management We assure strict monitoring and control of project costs stressing proper budgeting, scheduling and specification procedures. We also supervise construction activities and appraise contractor and sub - contractor performances. Economics We provide clients with detailed market research and financial feasibility analysis. Planning We prepare long-term, comprehensive strategies, including site and urban development plans.
