The living space features with the sofa nestled adjacent to the balcony, embraced by a gently inclined wooden ceiling, offering a vantage point of the breathtaking verdant surroundings—a sanctuary that blurs the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. Transforming the confined space to an open kitchen that converges with the dining area, has fostered an ambiance of airiness and conviviality

Embrace the Good Old Days

Inspired by the owner's beloved mid-century JBL Paragon speaker and USM modular shelving system, the design story evolves with cherry wood and herringbone flooring, lending a modern flair to the nostalgic feel. Whereas the sage green tiles in the open kitchen subtly harmonize with the surrounding greenery.

Reinterpret the Space

After relocating the en-suite bathroom, the master bedroom is integrated with the corridor to enhance spatial efficiency. The transformation also blends two bedrooms into a children's realm, cohered by sliding panels for a versatile play space that promotes interaction with both the parents' room and living area.

Where light once struggled to penetrate, glass blocks are installed to usher sunlight into the heart of the home, infusing every nook with warmth and vitality.
