A tour begins at the Swire Archive Centre in Taikoo Place, which serves as a repository of historical records and artifacts that document Swire’s development in Hong Kong over the past 150 years. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the vibrant community of Taikoo Place, with a focus on its public spaces, experiences, and the new bridges connecting nine Grade-A office towers.

The tour includes a visit to Taikoo Square and Taikoo Garden, which together offer nearly 70,000 square feet of newly created open space designed for community enjoyment and urban biodiversity. The area features over 260 native and exotic plant species, along with a water feature that enhances the environment.

The journey concludes at Two Taikoo Place, a modern office tower distinguished by its exceptional sustainability and wellness features. Designed by NBBJ, this project showcases a triple-height “Great Room” atrium filled with informal workspaces, interior gardens, and views of the urban park. The atrium is highlighted by innovative façade panels that reach 15 meters in height, supported by minimal visible structural elements, creating a striking visual impact.
