LUXE LIVING by THE HARBOUR 名鑄 The Masterpiece

Flickering lights, fleeting shadows, dancing colours… Immerse yourself in a world of dazzling shapes and hues! . As the hours pass, the glow of summer filters through this vibrant canopy. A rainbow of bubbles float up and down. The colours and shadows meet and move like rippling clouds, sprinkling every corner with the brilliant colours of the sky.

In 2023, the phenomenal trend mall "COSMO Chengdu" (hereinafter referred to as COSMO) was born. A curated commercial IP that integrates retail, flash mob, event, performance, social and exhibition is the biggest dark horse of commercial real estate this year. On Xiaohongshu, China's most popular social media platform, COSMO has become a hit, with more than 70,000 notes, and "COSMO" has become one of the most popular travel words in Chengdu, along with "teahouse" and "Sanxingdui". COSMO" has become a hot word for travel in Chengdu, along with "teahouse" and "Sanxingdui".

Led by Aedas Executive Director Kelvin Hu, the team was in joint venture with Architectural Design and Research Institute of Guangdong (GDAD) to deliver a vibrant work-life Innovation Port project.

Our design proposes a spatial anchor for an urban park in Hanyang old town and forms an architectural dialogue between the city’s natural geography and built heritage.

For the practice’s first major project in South East Asia, Kokaistudios undertook an interior and exterior redesign and renovation of The Starhill shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur, right in the heart of KL’s famous shopping belt Bukit Bintang. By injecting welcomed daylight into the interior space and further diversifying its functional mix, the iconic mall has been rejuvenated and opened-up for a new chapter.

It's a 3600sq.ft penthouse apartment, 1800sq.ft interior space and 1800sq.ft roof garden space, located in Clear Water Bay, Hong Kong. The environment is embraced by the lush forest and the long distance sea view. The design concept is to carry out the features from the environment to the living, which aims to allow the nature to occupy and bring luxury pleasure for the soul. It also combines with the Chinese traditional elements to create a vitality and traditional living experience.

A new resort-style development in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, by Wing Tai Properties, gathered together design talents from DLN Architects Ltd, Brewin Design Office, and Enea Garden Design to realise the ambitious result. With a picturesque setting spanning the coast, a luxury clubhouse, exciting artworks and a lush landscape, OMA by the Sea stakes out new territory in the city’s property context.
