Sigit Kusumawijaya adalah seorang arsitek lulusan dari Universitas Indonesia dan finalis Penghargaan Pemuda Inspiratif dalam Satu Indonesia Award 2011 yang diselenggarakan oleh Astra Indonesia. Sebelum lulus Ia sempat menetap di Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia untuk melakukan kerja praktek pada sebuah perusahaan arsitektur T. R. Hamzah & Yeang yang dipimpin oleh salah seorang arsitek internasional, yaitu Ken Yeang. Setelah lulus, Sigit juga mendapat kesempatan untuk bekerja di Andramatin Architect sampai akhirnya memutuskan untuk melanjutkan pendidikan Master di TU Delft, Belanda, dengan jurusan Urbanism. Selain itu, Sigit juga sempat bekerja di sebuah konsultan Mei Architecten & Stedenbouwers BV, Rotterdam dan PT. MRT Jakarta setelah kembali dari negeri Belanda.
