Deskripsi oleh Garis Miring Studio M Boutique Hostel dibangun mulai tahun 2014 dengan merenovasi dan mengalihfungsikan bangunan yang ada. Proses renovasi banguan ini tanpa mengubah massa dan struktur bangunan yang ada. Renovasi meliputi fasad bangunan serta fungsi-fungsi ruangan yang ada di dalamnya. Perubahan fungsi dari tempat tinggal menjadi banguan dengan fungsi penginapan komersil.

Dibuka pada tanggal 9 September 2017 lalu, Rooms Inc. adalah hotel gaya hidup bintang tiga yang terletak di atas DP Mall, Semarang. Hotel ini ditujukan untuk kaum milenial dan wisatawan bisnis muda. Bekerja sama dengan konsultan branding berbasis di Jakarta, kami mengembangkan konsep smart urban yang menawarkan suasana muda dan santai. Kami menerapkan konsep Day and Night, dua variabel waktu dan ruang yang dekat dengan kehidupan wisatawan bisnis muda. Sebagai konsultan desain interior, kami mencoba menggabungkan kontinum dari dua waktu dan ruang yang berbeda dalam bentuk elemen interior dan tata letak dari hotel bisnis ini.

Kolaborasi Bobobox Indonesia dengan Aaksen Studio (arsitektur), ASEPDEV (konstruksi) dan Monoponik (desain grafis) telah melahirkan hotel pod pertama di Indonesia.

Konsep Park 5 berpedoman pada sebuah gerakan yang dibangun dengan ide sederhana yaitu komunitas. Park 5 mencoba menghadirkan sebuah living space untuk mewadahi aktivitas dalam sebuah komunitas yang menghargai sesama manusia dan juga lingkungan sekitarnya. Dengan demikian, Park 5 diharapkan dapat menjadi tempat 'bernapas' dan berinteraksi kembali bersama kerabat dan alam, yang dapat menghilangkan penat dari sibuknya aktivitas dan padatnya bangunan di perkotaan.
