CBM Parking Secures Two Major Contracts – URA and MND

CBM Parking augmented its client profile with two major contracts from the Ministry of National Development (MND) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).

As of 1st May 2021, the two projects, valued at S$6.8 million, will have our parking subsidiary oversee URA’s East Wing & Tower carparks, and MND’s Basement & Surface carparks.

This is an extraordinary win for CBM Parking, being the first external operator to manage MND’s carparks which have hitherto been self-managed by MND since its establishment at Maxwell Road. Congratulations to the Parking team!
