Founded in 2001 as a small start-up Company by Mr C. Kalaiyarasan (Arasan) a young, energetic and dynamic entrepreneur with a humble beginning. CKR Group has grown rapidly from a painting subcontractor to a main contractor with more than S$265 million worth of projects and continues to grow at a staggering pace driven by its innovative workforce and talented engineering team. Through the years, the Company has progressed to become a multi-disciplinary builder and is now capable of providing a one stop professional building services. CKR has over the last few years set out new business targets and is now a full fledged main building contractor even as its specialist painting works gained much recognition as one of the leading subcontractors whose services others use as a bench mark. The business activities have also been expanded to include main contracts general building works, structural steel supply, fabrication and installation, and leasing of machinery to service the building industry. The Company has also embarked on fabricating its own precast concrete products which are used in residential buildings works. The Company has been actively involved in the construction industry and is able to contract large and medium size projects. The types of works include building public housing and private residential developments, commercial buildings, industrial building, design and build light industrial building developments and other construction projects, including addition & alteration, renovation and restoration. We establish partnerships with our clients, subcontractors, suppliers and the community, allowing us to consistently deliver the most cost effective, complete and innovative solutions. With over 17 years of experience we are known in the industry as being competitive and dedicated to our passion for completing our projects  on time, under budget and to a high standard of quality .
