DCA was invited by URA's Development Control Group to present its Building Information Modelling (BIM) journey and implementation strategy to Group and Senior Directors on 11 April 2019. Associate Director Chen Zhong Xian shared in-depth case studies on DCA's use of BIM, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), such as the IDD Pilot project, PSA Headquarters, PSA Singapore's environmentally sustainable corporate headquarters equipped with smart technology.
