Haoyun Architect  was established on 1st July 1999 as a Sole Proprietor Architectural Firm to undertake architectural design consultancy. Today, Haoyun Architect has evolved into an Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy firm capable of offering professional services throughout the whole project development process from the identification of potential land for development through design and construction to the undertaking of property management and maintenance. SERVICES OVERVIEW PROJECT IDENTIFICATION & ANALYSIS To assist in identifying land viable for development or to assist developer to look for land for specific project or development. We can also assist developers to study the feasibility of the land prior to purchase. MASTER PLANNING Comprehensive planning for large pieces of land involving land-use, road systems, build-up density, phasing of development, etc. including project feasibility studies. URBAN DESIGN Detailed design of the site with special consideration for the physical forms of the development, vehicular & pedestrian circulation, landscaping, infrastructure routing etc. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN Jointly develop a building program for the project with the Client. Design of the individual buildings to conform with the program developed, including the aesthetics & financial requirements. INTERIOR DESIGN Detailed interior spaces' design with special consideration to intended functions, circulation, finishes, lighting, etc. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Management of the construction process by ensuring that all parties concerned are coordinated and performing within the specified scope of works and time frame. PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES To provide first time developers or investors TOTAL Consultancy services that covers the identification of viable development land to the financing, construction and sales of the project.
