Established in 2016, JYAN International Consultants Pte Ltd provides comprehensive Masterplanning and Architectural design services for projects in South and SE Asia region. Through professional association with regional collaborators, the suite of services provided can include Landscape architecture, Urban design and Interior design. Headed by Jayakrishnan G Nair, who has over 20 years of experience as a Masterplanner and Architect in Singapore and India. He currently leads multi disciplinary design teams from the concept to the execution of masterplanning and high-rise residential projects and Integrated commercial, institutional and recreational facilities. His executed projects has exceeded 16 million sqft of built-up area to-date and has been recognized for design excellence and buildability.
