How to Participate:

1. Customer purchases any Ariston instant or storage water heater between 15 October 2019 to 12 January 2020.
2. Customer registers for his/her warranty online at https://www.ariston.com/sg/warranty_registration. The last date of warranty registration is on 16 January 2020.
3. Ariston will be conducting an electronic random draw every Friday, starting from 15 November 2019 to 17 January 2020for all valid submissions where the winners will be selected. Winner’s details will be published here and on Ariston’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/AristonSingapore). Dates of the weekly draw can be found below.
4. Winners will be notified via SMS and/or call to redeem the $1,000 and $800 cash from Ariston office (1 Gateway Drive, #20-05/06, Westgate Tower, 608531). Winners have to respond within 1 week of notification.
5. Non-winners will automatically qualify for subsequent draws. The earlier the submission, the higher the chances to win!

By registering or taking part in this lucky draw, all persons participating herein agree to be bound by these Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions:

• Winners agree to be will be notified via SMS and/or phone based on the submitted details. The winner is required to respond to Ariston within 1 week of being contacted, otherwise Ariston will have the right to elect another winner in accordance with the Lucky Draw mechanism.
• Except where prohibited or restricted by law, winner’s acceptance of prize constitutes the winner’s agreement and consent for Ariston to use and/or publish winner’s full name, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by winner regarding the lucky draw, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Ariston, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, or World Wide Web, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval.
• Promotion is applicable to end-consumers only; not trade, corporate, or bulk purchase.
• Products purchased under promotion are not eligible for exchange and/or refund, save in accordance with warranty terms.
• Original receipt/invoice must be retained and presented for prize collection.
• No extension of purchase period will be allowed.
• Only valid for fully completed online warranty registrations. The last date of warranty registration is on 16 January 2020.
• This campaign is not valid in conjunction with other promotions.
• In the event that a winner fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by Ariston, the prize will be forfeited at the sole and absolute discretion of Ariston, and the Winner shall not be entitled to any compensation for the same.
• Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute, the Management’s decision is final.
